Warranty

Orford offers a 2 year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or ordinary wear and tear. Orford is not responsible for damages relating to natural fading or discolouration, oxidation, humidity, prolonged exposure to sunlight or salt air or other unsuitable environmental conditions. Wood, stone, glass, iron, brass, and other decorative materials vary in tone, colour, character and texture: variations are inherent in such materials and finishes and should be expected.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders placed may be cancelled within 24 hours via an email to hello@orfordcollection.com If payment has been taken, a refund to the original payment source will be made but may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

If you cancel beyond this, all products must be returned in their original box and packaging in the condition they arrived in. The Customer shall be responsible for any damage caused in transit during return and should ensure adequate insurance.

The above right to cancel does not apply to any goods made to customer’s specifications or bespoke items.

Returns must be completed within 28 days from receipt of goods and any returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted. Refunds will be made for the total original purchase price including any delivery charge (if the item is faulty or not what you ordered) for our item(s) to you.

Orders and Payment

When orders are placed, you will be issued an invoice which can either be paid via BACS or a card payment can be taken over the phone.

The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus delivery.  There is no minimum order quantity required.

Any order amendments must be requested by emailing hello@orfordcollection.com 

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. 

Orford will not keep your payment details.

Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices quoted may be subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Orford. We reserve the right to discontinue items without notice.
